Who are these Freaks with Peaks???
FREAK ??
You don't have to look like a freak but feel like a freak. Today, only 20% of the population work out. Of that 20%, only 5% take it seriously. Then take that 5% and only 1% take it to FREAK level with food and macro- management, supplementation, and then compete for athletic performance. Having success in the gym releases endorphins (feel good hormones), promotes confidence and shows the importance of persistence when challenges are faced. With the high and low peaks of life, you never give in or give up.
You have the 4 "D's" – dedication, discipline, determination, desire.
If you think workouts are fun... and never settle,
Then that is what make you a
"Fitness FREAK".
PEAK??
Everyone has a Peak. A point where they have reached their full potential. We here at Fitness Freaks with Peaks believe peak is a level of exceptional functioning in which a person effortlessly performs an activity to the maximum of their ability while fully focused on the goals established.
The ‘peak’ aspect relates to feeling your best...at any and all levels. Success feels good, especially when it’s your mind and body transforming and growing. It’s brings us joy and keeps us operating at our best, no matter what age or fitness level.
The training sets the tone for the other "peaks" of daily life. Making the highs and lows more bearable.
Everything must be intertwined and all contributing to your "PEAK"Performance.

I am a proud mother of four. After losing 125pounds. I have learned that hard work was the key to seeing change, not the easy stuff or fads. No one could do it for me, no amount of money could buy it, and that I had to want it for myself. The first step for me was realizing that in order for me to reach my personal fitness goals, I had to make a life change and not just temporary change. I learned that helping other gives me a sense of purpose and meaning. My goal is to help others turn their
