How does Tantric Bodywork begin?
First, when you arrive , you will check in with the receptionist and fill out your information.
A brief consultation may be required before you begin.
You will then be shown to your private whole body therapy room where you will remove as much clothing as you feel comfortable. We recommend removal of all clothing to receive the best results. We will provide you with socks, slippers, and a robe .
Next, you cover yourself with the sheets and await the therapist to enter the room.
Do you shower before ?
Showering is required before each session.
What does it feel like?
One of the immediate benefits of massage is a feeling of deep relaxation and calm. This occurs because massage prompts the release of endorphins – the brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) that produce feelings of wellbeing. Levels of stress hormones, such as adrenalin, cortisol and norepinephrine, are also reduced. This is NOT deep tissue massage. Soft touch and meditative breathing are used along with aroma-therapy and meditative music or the most relaxing atmosphere for your pleasure.
