What IS TABATA ?

  You may have heard of something called Tabata training, also known as the Tabata Protocol. This workout is a form of high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time and was inspired by Dr. Izumi Tabata.

20 sec of work   10 sec. rest          8 X     =      4 min rounds x 8 Rounds

Total class time 45 min.
